- Enable daily check-in functionality
- Send missed check-in notifications to your selected Carer(s)
- Manage your subscription
- Maintain and improve app performance
- Fix bugs and improve reliability
We do not use your data for advertising.
4. How notifications work
When a check-in is missed:
- Our backend system runs scheduled checks at fixed intervals
- If a missed check is detected, an email is sent to your selected Carer(s)
Important:
- This process is not real-time
- Notifications may be delayed (in some cases up to 48 hours)
- Delivery depends on third-party email services
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We only share data when necessary with:
- Email service providers (to send notifications)
- Cloud hosting providers (to run the app)
- Google Play services (for billing and subscriptions)
